    Abstract: 以往對服務的認知,認為它只是產品的包裝,而現在則認為產品只是服務提供的載台,這樣思維模式的改變,對於過去習慣於產品導向的製造業而言,無疑會帶來相當大的衝擊。而如何讓台灣製造業變成製造服務業,讓顧客離不開台灣製造業的服務,這是現代製造業的重要課題。而且企業經營模式或流程創新的影響,往往超過產品的創新,而萃思(TRIZ)理論不僅可運用在產品的發明,也可運用在企業經營模式或流程的創新。本研究即運用TRIZ理論,將製造業服務化的技術矛盾轉化為28項新參數,再結合系統動力學(SD)的因果回饋環路分析,尋得製造業服務
