    Abstract: 本研究希望從傳統木雕產業及個案公司分析,探究已經式微的傳統產業如何轉型為目前最具競爭力的觀光工廠。分析外部環境及透過五力分析掌握產業的競爭態勢,並歸納競爭環境的機會與威脅,分析個案公司內部環境及價值鏈活動,探究個案公司目前所遇到的經營問題以了解其內部環境之優勢與劣勢。再透過SWOT分析及TOWS矩陣配對分析,發展個案公司在觀光工廠產業的競爭策略,期能提出有助於木雕產業永續發展之經營策略建議。
