    Abstract: 本文修正吳啟銘(2009)基本面5大指標來篩選股票投資標的，利用股東權益報酬率(ROE)、營業利益率等來檢視篩選公司之股票績效。研究期間為2001年到2009年，實證結果顯示：(1)本文修正指標並去除吳啟銘(2009)之指標四後，修正之投資績效比吳啟銘(2009)五大指標所得之績效為佳；(2)再者，本文考量加入EPS大於3後，所篩選出之公司以電子股居多，故無法分散電子股之系統風險。
