    Abstract: 限制驅導式現場排程方法( DBR )已是一套被
    肯定且接受的現場生產管理系統,而且也已廣泛的
    被應用在許多行業上。DBR排程法主要包含了瓶頸
    排程( Drum )、緩衝( Buffer )及投料節奏( Rope )三部
    份,其中瓶頸排程是DBR機制的重要核心。由於不
    同訂單需求變化會影響不同Drum設計方法所設計
    的Drum品質,而Drum的品質是決定整廠產出與訂
    單能否準時出貨的關鍵,因此本文將探討在不同訂
    單需求下,不同Drum設計方法的優缺點及適合的環
