    Abstract: 本研究參考謝晨彥（2012）所著《神
    奇543 選股法》選股的條件並加上「以簡
    馭繁」投資方法，將複雜的投資方法進行
    簡化選股準則，樣本期間為2002 年至2011
    年，共計10 年。首先第一階段以資產報酬
    率、股東權益報酬率、毛利率、現金股息
    殖利率與股利支付率作為選股指標；第二
    階段則是以本益比、股價淨值比、負債比
    與貝它值(Beta)為選股篩選條件；最後，則
    是以「543 選股策略」的3 獨(獨家、獨大、
    獨特)進行個股分析。本研究獲致以下結
    果：
    1. 以簡馭繁「五高」的選股策略，在持有
    三年的績
