Abstract:	本研究以國際核能顧問團（INSAG）所提的安全文化理論為基礎，K-sigma法（李文魁2005）為研究方法探討國民中學校園安全風險管理，並繪製校園安全風險監控圖。研究對象為彰化縣 101學年度國民中學教師，有效問卷共156 份。採用包括組織、管理、控制，以及行為層面量表。利用K-sigma法、歐基里德距離公式等技術來建制校園風險衡量評點模式。研究結果顯示：經本研究利用K-sigma法所建構的校園安全風險評估模式是合理適用的；利用K-sigma法建構校園安全風險衡量的架構，校園管理者可透過適度調整k參數，而 This study is based on the International Nuclear Energy Advisory Group (INSAG) proposed the theory of safety culture.
