    Abstract: 綠色變革浪潮的到來，對人類生活和各行各業構成了深刻影響，也為商業銀行帶來
    了不少前所未有的發展機遇；綠色金融該如何經由組織、衍生性金融商品及服務等，進
    行改進與創新，也成為金融產業接下來的發展重點。本文針對綠色經濟，以金融業的角
    度切入做進一步之研究，透過個案資料的蒐集與分析，來評估金融業推行綠色金融之可
    行性與前瞻性。本結合深度訪談法及次級資料分析法進行個案研究，以全球化的匯豐銀
    行及本地的台新銀行為例，結合理論與實務兩方面，建構出至今為止的台灣綠色金融發
    展歷程與現況。目前綠色金融在台灣發展所面臨以下
