    Abstract: 隨著社會環境的變化以及國家教育改革政策不斷的推動，從師資培育多元化、九年
    一貫課程的實施，到即將推行12 年國民基本教育等等，都非常重視績效的考核與管理。
    近年來更受到全球新生兒逐年減少現象之衝擊，在教育市場開放競爭之下，學校為提昇
    經營績效，必須投注相當心力，致力於教育品質的提昇，方能滿足學校顧客需求，以優
    質化的服務品質，確保學校面對內外在環境衝擊，仍能永續經營與發展。
    本研究旨在透過平衡計分卡的四個構面—財務、顧客、內部流程和學習成長，建構
    學校經營策略指標與權重體系，期能作為學校擬定經營策略之參考
