    近年來更受到全球新生兒逐年減少現象之衝擊,在教育市場開放競爭之下,學校為提昇
    經營績效,必須投注相當心力,致力於教育品質的提昇,方能滿足學校顧客需求,以優
    質化的服務品質,確保學校面對內外在環境衝擊,仍能永續經營與發展。
    本研究旨在透過平衡計分卡的四個構面—財務、顧客、內部流程和學習成長,建構
