Abstract:	善教師生活品質。研究目的:1.瞭解新北市板橋區國小教師休閒運動現況及不同人口學特性(性別、年齡、教育程度、職務、服務年資、婚姻狀況)對休閒運動阻礙因素之影響。 2.探討新北市板橋區國小教師休閒運動量及休閒運動品質對於休閒運動阻礙之中介影響。採全面普查方式進行問卷調查，以新北市板橋區17所國民小學301位教師為研究對象，全面回收有效問卷達99%。資料分析方法包括描述性統計、t檢定、單因子變異數分析、多元迴歸分析，及Sobel Test資料分析。國小教師一年內每週從事休閒運動量與休閒運動阻礙及過去從 To explore for the New Taipei City Banciao Dist elementary school teachers， they were suffered from the press.
