    Abstract: 本研究旨在瞭解不同背景之台北市某國小家長在知覺子女營養行為與營養教育滿意度的差異情形，並且探討家長對其子女營養行為表現之知覺在營養教育滿意度上的關聯程度。在研究架構上，以性別、孩子就讀年級、學歷、夫妻工作狀況、家庭經濟狀況以及每週開伙頻率作為探討國小家長知覺子女營養行為表現以及學校營養教育滿意度的背景因素；其中「子女營養行為之知覺」乃為自變項，包含「一般飲食行為之知覺」、「營養攝取行為之知覺」以及「飲食學習行為之知覺」等三個分層面；另以「家長滿意度」為本研究依變項，包括「環境與設備」、「行政與服務」、「課
