    Abstract: 近年來LED 應用的範圍越來越為廣泛,如手電筒燈泡、汽車指示燈、日常生活
    中的燈管、手機背光源等等產品。在如此龐大的LED 用量下,如何降低產品的生產
    週期、並且快速的回應市場需求,將會是LED 製造廠所需重視的重要課題。LED 製
    程較其他半導體產品單純,生產週期較短、產量大,因此投料之時間與數量之掌握極
    為重要。本研究利用限制驅導式的管理特性設計客製化的生產排程系統,提升LED
    封測廠快速回應市場的製造管理能力,最後利用eM-Plant 模擬生產排程並比較各生
    產計畫之績效。
