    Abstract: 本研究以關係慣性和顧客滿意度為主要研究變數來建立量販業之顧客再購意願模式,以此
    探討影響量販店顧客再購意願之主要因素。為達此研究目的,本研究以新竹地區的三家大
    型量販店愛買、大潤發、家樂福為研究範圍,並以其消費者為研究對象來進行問卷調查,
    回收有效樣本459 份,資料回收後,本研究主要利用敘述統計分析及結構方程模式來進行
    實證分析。研究結果發現,關係慣性及滿意度在再購意願模式變數中扮演著重要的中介角
    色,且五個外生變項頻率、價格、便利性、知覺品質(人員)、知覺品質(非人員)當中,
    頻率、價格、便利性、知覺
