    Abstract: 本研究採問卷調查法,以自編之「國
    民小學高年級學童知覺級任導師轉型領導
    與班級經營效能關係之研究問卷」作為研
    究之工具,問卷發放採分層叢集取樣法進
    行,對象乃是桃園縣中壢市公立國民小學
    101 學年度之高年級學童。共計發出問卷
    230 份、回收219 份,回收率95.22%;有
    效樣本共計199 份、有效率90.86%。依
    問卷回收所得資料以描述性統計、t 考驗、
    單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關等統
    計方法,進行資料之分析,並依據分析所
    得之數據,進行歸納推論。
