    Abstract: 如何衡量企業的真實價值便是所有企業利害關係人關心的焦點。Ohlson
    (1990,1991,1995) 以及Feltham and Ohlson (1995)嘗試以剩餘所得模型(Residual
    Income Model, RIM) 的觀念來解釋企業的真實價值，該模型認為公司價值除了
    帳面價值部分應該再加上預期未來異常盈餘折現的部分，Bernard(1994) 更進一
    步將相關理論取名為Edwards-Bell-Ohlson Model (EBO)。EBO 簡單而有用的評估
    方式使投資者能很快的計算出企業
