    Abstract: 基於國家採購風險管理之考量，本研
    究擬套用關係行銷管理中的關係利益進行
    我國軍備武器採購之專案管理績效研究，
    考量當交易關係存在信任時，交易雙方會
    高度重視彼此的合作存續關係，進而對此
    關係做出承諾以維繫長期的關係，廠商藉
    由與採購方建立長期關係，重視採購方的
    需求，提供創新的服務以提昇採購方的滿
    意度以及對廠商的信任，進而獲得更多的
    採購方承諾(Morgan and Hunt, 1994)。因
    此，本研究以關係利益作為本研究軍備採
    購專案管理績效因素研究，探知我方之銷
    售供應關係是否具備關係利益效果。經
