    Abstract: 新產品開發流程與結果,仰賴公司決策者對其所認知的外部環境不確定性及其回應;當新產品開發管理流程依據不同環境條件而進行調整,則新產品開發成功有最大的可能性。過去新產品開發的相關研究,顯示本質上以新產品規劃階段較具推廣性。本研究將針對資通訊產業中新產品開發專案,建立一觀念性模型,探討行銷管理實務中已上市成功之新產品開發專案,希冀藉由研究結果,提供高科技產業新產品開發專案成功上市相關管理實務之參考。
