    Abstract: 全球化風潮及加入WTO後,促使銀行同業間的激烈競爭,銀行消費金融人員更需全心全意投入工作,使其工作壓力倍增,離職傾向提高,造成人才流失,本研究以台中地區金融控股銀行之消金部門正職與約聘人員為對象,旨在探討消金部門正職與約聘人員之工作投入、工作壓力與離職傾向之差異性,期以幫助銀行提供甄才、育才與留才之參考。
