    Abstract: 在觀光旅館業的經營環境中,業者所推出的頂級服務(High-class Service)常常會被競爭對手所模仿或者跟進,導致業者的頂級服務業績無法達到預期的成效。更有甚者,在目前的經濟環境下,平價服務(Middle-class Service)似乎成為一股風潮,使得提供頂級品味服務的業者腹背受敵。在這種情況下,提供頂級服務的業者要如何決定其品味服務之價位,才能在頂級市場中站穩利基市場,而且又能在平價服務的威脅下,不致於流失顧客?
