    Abstract: 奇異果是營養密度最高的水果,其功效及食用推廣值得關注。先前有關奇異果的研究,係以奇異果介入探討與健康相關症狀之改善,如幫助排便、改善血小板凝集預防血栓產生、穩定情緒改善睡眠障礙等,顯示奇異果的營養價值與保健功能已獲肯定。然而奇異果的營養價值是否獲得消費者的認知,從而反應在購買食用意向或行為的增加,是值得探討的問題。目前有關奇異果消費行為的研究較欠缺,本研究運用KAP(Knowledge、Attitude、Practice)概念建立研究架構進行實證,採問卷調查法回收有效問卷409份,使用SPSS及Visua
