Abstract:	志工服務是現今社會的潮流，根據青輔會對青年未來想要從事的志工服務類型調查顯示，青年未來最希望服務的對象，以兒童及青少年最受歡迎，約佔70%，原住民、低收入戶和身心障礙者則居末位，合計僅約10%。弱勢族群服務的行為意向受到何種因素影響值得關注。本研究參考計畫行為理論（Theory of Planned Behavior, TPB）及社會認知理論(Social cognitive theory)，建構一理論修正模型，採問卷調查方式進行實證研究，以新竹地區青年為主，共發放650份問卷，其中有效問卷為595份，回
