    Abstract: 近年來, 由於垃圾量增加及資源回收不夠落實,造成環境污染日趨嚴重，也讓政府在
    垃圾處理上支出龐大的費用。依據國內實施隨袋徵收之成效，其優點為促使垃圾減量與
    資源回收量增加,有鑑於此,垃圾處理的收費制度成為現今重要議題。本研究為評估新竹
    市實施垃圾費隨袋徵收的可行性，研究方法將透過文獻探討、專家訪談、問卷調查方法
    且依據所蒐集資料加以分類，再利用SWOT 分析實施垃圾費隨袋徵收之經濟效益。
