    Abstract: 本研究目的主要在探討團隊整體主動性、團隊建言與團隊績效之間的關聯性,由於現今環境中,員工只擁有良好積極的工作態度可能已不夠,而在國外近幾年卻常出現一個更加符合現代老闆們所期望的名詞“proactive personality”。本研究對象為正在執行大專專題研究的致理技術學院的學生為主,並發放網路問卷與紙本問卷給團隊成員來填答,以蒐集團隊資料。共計發放370分、回放307份成員樣本問卷,並經由Rwg(群體內部信賴係數)計算一致性後,將個人樣本整合為團隊樣本,共計50組專題團隊、195份成員樣本,進行階層迴歸
