    Abstract: 本研究旨在就國軍現階段組織調整,執行新一代兵力建構中,探討連(隊)長轉型領導與領導效能之影響,並瞭解在不同背景下部屬在面對轉型領導與領導效能的關係及差異,以提出具體建議。
    本研究根據Bass的1985年所提出的轉型領導理論,從部屬觀點,探討高司單位勤務部隊主官轉型領導與領導效能間之關係。研究工具以問卷調查法為主。以北部高司單位勤務部隊為研究母群,研究樣本採分層取樣,共抽取六個高司勤務支援單位,正式問卷共計發放400份,回收386份,刪除無效問卷12份,得372份。進行反應一致性分析,有效問卷達91.0%,
