    Abstract: 雖然許多文獻與研究已充分證實,限制理論(TOC)所發展出的限制驅導式現場排程技術(DBR)於實務上應用有相當的成果,但過去的研究偏重在瓶頸保護以及投料必須與瓶頸同步等觀念,例如排程計畫及各站訂單優先次序之派工等,而忽略了作業員人力與機台會有資源不平衡的情況,亦即研究皆假設作業員人力與機台配置充裕。因此本研究針對此不足處,提出了兩種在DBR環境下的雙資源人員指派法則,分別為「剩餘緩衝指派法則」及「CCR-WIP動態指派法」,來與傳統指派法則做比較,以探討不同人員指派法則對DBR管理環境的影響。透過多人多機台
