Abstract:	全球隨著金融風暴影響，百姓對生活環境存在不安定感，2010年台灣區五都市長選舉正考驗候選人受百姓期待信任區間，市長當選人如何面對經濟危機而能突破困境為社會謀福利為當務之急，更是百姓對下一屆市長選擇重要因素之一，本研究應用易經姓名學人才管理分類模式探討台北都之台北市連任市長郝龍斌與新北市新任市長朱立倫派任政務官格局類型，結果發現，A、F、D、H類型較易受市長信賴派任，其中格局H5、A1、A6、E1 、E8、F1、F7 、G8 較多比率成為一級政務官，全世界面對一連串的政經與環境變遷因素，如何藉由中華文化特有 Because of the current financial and economic crisis, people find that they are living in an unstable environment.
