    Abstract: 銷售預算的達成,是每家公司、每個銷售部門及每個銷售員所努力的目標。在目前競爭激烈的壓力下,雖然影響達成銷售預算的因素很多,但一套有效的管控模式是不可或缺的。現有的管控模式是以預算值與實際值作比對,當差額在某個範圍內即視為OK,而大於此範圍才是管理者介入的管控區。這種管控方法的缺點有二:(1)OK的狀態是低於目標值;(2)管理者介入時已太晚了(很嚴重)。因此有專家學者提出應用限制理論(TOC)的緩衝管理概念進行控管,以求在正確的時間點上採取行動。然而運用此概念於銷售監控,必須為每個商品及不同管理層級設置一個
