    Abstract: 許多文獻與研究已充分證實,限制理論(TOC)所發展出的限制驅導式現場排程技術(DBR)於實務上應用有相當的成果,但過去的研究偏重在瓶頸保護以及投料必須與瓶頸同步等觀念,例如排程計畫及各站訂單優先次序之派工等,而忽略了作業員人力與機台會有資源不平衡的情況,亦即研究皆假設作業員人力與機台配置充裕。因此本研究針對此不足處,提出了在DBR環境下的雙資源指派模式,經由不同的作業員指派法則,來探討作業員法則對DBR管理環境的影響。透過兩人四機台之零工型環境實驗結果的驗證,在瓶頸機台優先指派下,若再搭配出貨緩衝區機台優
