    Abstract: 一般旅館之產業規模及產值對於台灣觀光產業具有顯著的影響,但國內的研究卻略顯不足。期望透過產業代表、專家、主管機關與消費者的觀點建構一般旅館的服務品質評鑑指標,同時經由消費者對一般旅館服務品質的實際體驗與評鑑,提供經營管理上的策略方向、持續改善與服務創新,藉以提昇國內一般旅館的服務品質以及經營能力。
