    Abstract: 本研究的主旨是探討學生依高中職多元入學方案進入綜合高中學校就讀,再依本身之適性發展選擇職業學程之學習成就。此研究是以新竹縣立湖口高級中學兩屆學生為研究對象,研究對象依多元入學方案選擇綜合高中職業學程,就其高中二年級及三年級之在校學業成績分數及參加四技二專統一入學測驗之成績分數,輔以統計軟體進行分析探討學生之學習成就。
