Abstract:	ERP管理系統在這二十年的蓬勃發展後，由於中大型企業幾乎都已導入ERP，因此已面臨了必須往小型企業發展之趨勢。但小型企業和中大型企業最大的不同，即在於資源的有限，尤其人力的不足更為嚴重。一般小型企業的人力相當少，特別是間接人員，幾乎一人要兼數職，因此若有一套有效的資訊系統的協助，對小型企業效率的提升及制度的建立，是有相當大的助益。但現有ERP系統的架構卻是以大型企業的分工模式在設計，意即在作業上需要不同職位的人的操作才可行。例如從一張訂單的開出到最後的收款及結案，ERP在操作上，至少需要有業務、生管、採購 The promotion trends of ERP systems is toward the small scale company (SSC) these years because the market of large and medium scale company has been saturated.
