Abstract:	LED晶粒製造(LED-CM)廠在LED供應鏈上是很重要的一環。基本上，LED-CM廠的產品規格是以BIN表達，一張訂單所需的產品規格是由數個BIN所組成。由於LED-CM廠在製造上的不穩定特性，除了會生產出訂單所需的規格產品外，還會有副產品的產生。但所謂的副產品並不是不良品，而是還可以滿足後續訂單的存貨。因此當LED-CM廠接到一張新訂單時，必須先以存貨來滿足訂單的需求，不足的部份才需進一步下單生產。由於LED-CM廠因應不同的需求，有動態分配與靜態分配等兩種需求。所謂動態需求是指訂單一到就要立即分配及 The LED chip manufacturing (LED-CM) is a key process in the LED supply chain.
