Abstract:	本文主要在探討《幼兒教育及照顧法》通過後，當中對於國小附幼增置之行政教保員與教學教保員規範，對於實際上幼兒園的運作與管理的影響，特別針對人員的進用方式、人事與行政業務管理，以及在工作職掌等內容。對此，本文以全國率先實施幼托整合的新竹市為例，透過問卷調查與深度訪談，以說明分析：首先、教保服務人員對於不同法令進用不同身分別人員的看法及認同程度，其次、增置教保員（行政教保員）之工作職掌與管理現況，最後教保服務人員對於班級一師一保配班機制的意見及看法。根據實證調查分析結果，本文的主要發現與建議有：第一、政策說明 This study focuses on the “The Act of Early Childhood Education and Care,” which states that “Each nursery affiliated with elementary school should hire one more education protection officer.” The purpose of this study is to understand whether the additio
