    Abstract: 隨著自由化、民營化時代的變革,台灣電力公司將面臨前所未有的競爭態勢。本研究係針對台電新北市地區住宅用電戶的服務品質期望程度及滿意程度進行探討,希望能提供台電一具體而有價值的資訊,俾益規劃及提昇更佳的服務品質。
    本研究以問卷的方式,依照簡單隨機抽樣方式進行問卷發放與回收等資料蒐集的工作,再以多變量進行資料分析,歸納整理出結果後,提出本研究之結論與建議。本研究的結論可歸納為:
    一、新北市地區住宅用電戶對台電服務品質項目期望程度排序前三名分別為:天然災害(如颱風、地震)引起停電的處理立即且適當、供電設備相當安全
