Abstract:	Wii遊戲機自發售以來已造成全球的大流行，許多人認為它除了是電玩之外，更可以幫助玩家消耗熱量，達到健身減肥的目的；但也有人認為玩Wii時的身體活動較局部，並不適合當作運動。為了瞭解運動時及玩Wii時的動作差異，本研究以棒球打擊動作來分析，並摒棄使用複雜且昂貴的設備之動作分析方法而嘗試使用一般家用數位攝影機及Maya軟體來分析3位受試者的打擊動作。結果擅長實際打擊的受試者對於Wii的操控不熟，擊球點難以抓到，致頭擺動幅度很大，在玩Wii時的各肢段位移情況均與實際打擊相類似，Wii打擊的熱量消耗大於實際打擊的 Ever since the home video game console, Wii, been released, it has become the most popular TV game in the World.
