    Abstract: 性別教育在西方國家中早已相當普及,Weinstein ( 1988 )認為成功的學習者應具備的五項特質:動機、注意力、瞭解、回憶與放鬆心情,其中第一項特質即是要有動機去學習。就學習成效而言,學習動機更扮演著重要的角色,它是學習者學習行為表現的原動力與指導方針,能使學習行為繼續朝著某特定的方向或目標前進與運作。體育課程,尤其是大專體育課程,正是青年進入社會之前,教導他們養成終生規律運動的最佳時機( 陳俊忠,1997)。
    本研究以中華大學99學年度在校學生,男生659人,女生538人,總計1197人為研究對象
