    Abstract: 本研究之目的在於分析、評估並建構竹科回饋與跨域管理機制。本研究採用OECD所發展之「壓力-狀態-回應」的PSR (Pressure-State-Response）模式作為研究架構，並透過文獻分析、電話調查與深入訪談各利害關係人進行研究。
    本研究有以下發現：
    根據個人之前研究的民意調查發現，竹科對地方造成的影響正負面皆有。在經濟面而言，民眾認為竹科的出現促進地方的經濟發展、就業機會、增加地方稅收、及促進觀光發展；但竹科也造成地方物價、房地價的上漲及所得分配不均。在社會面來說，民眾認為竹科的出現提升地方人力素
