    Abstract: 本文分析地方制度法於民國88年公佈施行前後18年期間，我國地方政府研究的書目計量分析。研究方法使用書目計量學（Bibliometrics）的基本概念，以及Excel工具，分類、彙整、分析、說明我國地方政府研究的文獻數量和主題內容的現況與特徵。書目蒐集的來源文獻分為：專書、期刊論文、政府委託研究案、學位論文(博士、碩士論文)等四種。分項統計有專書88，期刊論文744，政府委託研究計畫692，學位論文412，總計1936筆書目資料。
