    Abstract: 非營利組織是在環境快速變遷、社會快速發展及社會價值觀多元化情境的產物，然因經費有限、競爭壓力加劇，使得非營利組織轉向商業發展，而當學校在企業化管理之際，學校倫理行為議題亦為重要性的課題。故本文旨在探究學校（尤其是私立學校）常見之倫理行為議題，進而提出具體建議，以供學校永續經營之參考。
