    Abstract: 創新不只是突破或新奇,創新的目的更在於價值之創造, 學校組織的創新,就是擺脫傳統困頓的舊思維,以全新的氣象、嶄新的作為發展學校的特色、突破學校現有的困境、達成學校的教育目標。教師組織承諾是教師對學校組織目標與價值的強烈信仰與接受,願意為學校組織的利益而付出更多的努力,並且明確希望能夠繼續成為學校組織的一分子,所以組織承諾將會是組織目標達成與否的極大關鍵。本文的內容即在探討「學校組織創新氛圍」與「教師組織承諾」此二者在國民小學組織內的關係,並進而提出具體建議。
