Abstract:	笠谷氏專攻日本近世史，曾發現武士道之「駈込」之慣例，並以此聞名，乃當代研究日本武士及武士道之專家。笠谷氏2005年之新書問世，其指出三點極具發人省思之處。第一，赤穗浪士事件中呈現出，日本組織所講究之「忠」實具多義性，此項指出之理論完成度雖不高，但極具新穎啟示性；其二，日本企業「由下而上」組織運作方式之精神，實乃源自武士道組織「藩」之「稟議制度」以及武士道之「駆込」、「押込」等慣例，此論述亦為日本制度史及日本武士研究中之獨樹一格者，其意義極為重大；其三，日本固有之「年功序列」其實原本即具有能力主義之指向，此 Kasaya, an contemporary expert in Japanese Samurai and Bushido Research, majors in Japanese modern history and become famous for his discovery of “Kakekomi駆込,”a custom of Bushido. Kasaya’s new book in 2005 refers three points of view worthy of rethinking.
