Abstract:	在國際上日本為僅次於美國之商業大國，當我們在追究商業倫理此一課題時，日本其商業倫理便不容我們忽視漏看。本論文以風靡世界之日本武士道發言人新渡戶稻造其所認為之日本商人道為研究範圍，深探之結果得知，新渡戶於二十世紀中前葉，對於日本之商人道以及其普遍性，乃主張以重義知恥之武士道精神行商，並以人格重視來更加肯定商人之價值。此商人道之觀點，就新渡戶當時所在的時代而言，乃是突破了階級的、國界的、時空的各種限制才可能出現的看法，可謂日本具人格主義、國際主義色彩的商業倫理主張之先驅。 Nowadays Japan is a large country having economic power, which is only less than America in the world.
