    Abstract: 本研究之目的為建立水庫防洪運轉優選模式以供求解水庫最佳放水量。本研究所建立之優選模式目標函數有二,一為降低下游河道特定控制點之洪峰流量,另一為洪水過後水庫蓄水量最大化。優選模式之求解過程為採用混合整數線性規劃,限制式包含水庫蓄水連續方程式、防洪各階段防洪運轉規則、河道下游洪水演算方程以及其他物理限制式。本研究以大漢溪流域石門水庫系統為例。本研究利用二場歷史颱風事件進行之優選模式求取優化放水量,研究結果顯示即時操作優選模式較歷史記錄可有效降低洪峰流量並達到水庫蓄水量之目標。
