    Abstract: 隨著資訊科技的進步與個人數位化行動裝置的提升，無線射頻辨識技術使用的狀況也日趨普遍，但是對於生命週期較為冗長的建築工程，缺乏了一套能夠即時獲取建築物營造歷史資料的資訊系統，另外建築資訊模型的概念是將整個建築物生命週期的資訊整合，使資訊能夠交換與共享，利用此種特性，本研究結合無線射頻辨識技術與建築資訊模型，提供使用者能夠以無線網路連結到Server來擷取相關資訊，並協助日後對於建築物各單元能完善的了解建造過程及相關責任的追蹤。
