    Abstract: 台灣因為地狹人稠，為了爭取最大容積率，開發地下室的使用已成為一必然之趨勢。隨著生活品質提升，客戶對地下室空間多元的使用性已日形注重，早已跳脫防空避難或停車空間之範疇。由於地下室經常發生漏水及粉刷空心剝落之問題，嚴重的影響居住品質，須改善泥作防水粉刷工法，才能有效提升防水粉刷品質。本研究希望藉由泥作防水粉刷研究，改善地下室外牆防水粉刷品質，使地下室牆面之粉刷不再空心、漏水，以提升住戶居住品質。透過本文之研究與實際驗證，修正先前工程施工流程與工法，祈避免施作不良導致重複修補及資源浪費。
