    Abstract: 國內的建築環境，適合居住的土地開發已呈現飽和狀態，加上薪資結構改變與少子化的社會趨勢，新建住宅需求量逐漸降低，而現有住宅隨生命週期逐步劣化，礙於金錢與時間的考量，購置新屋與就地重建並非最佳選項，因此如何延長建築生命週期、改善居住品質是一個重要的課題。
