Abstract:	消防防災是建築中是相當重要的一環，它直接的影響到我們的生命財產安全，我國政府相當重視建築物的消防之工作，制定一系列消防相關法規，期望能預防火災之發生及減低傷害。建築消防科技近年來與資訊通訊技術及智慧型建築的概念結合，使居家環境更安全、舒適及便利。透過網際網路，讓建築物的資訊不再是單向的傳輸，聯結起空間與使用人的關係，居家環境的消防設施在智慧化的應用之下，能夠更準確監視及控制，預防災害發生，保障我們的生命財產安全，救難單位亦能透過系統，掌握建築物現場狀況及救災所需相關資訊。本研究使用工具為ER Model Fire control is an significant topic for building construction.
