Abstract:	建築物的生命週期包含規劃、設計、施工及使用維護，其設備維護與管理一直是件複雜的工作。為了有效做好維護管理，在開始時就要做好設施維護管理的規劃，以便日後設施的維護管理及節省可能之成本。設施管理的主要目是確保各設備及設施保持正常運轉狀態以達到設置功能，隨著營建產業之規模增大及架構之複雜化，以電腦資訊提昇產業效率、走向資訊化管理為其必然之道。建築資訊模型(BIM)主要功能在建築物生命週期中，建立並使用內部共通可存取與專案相關的資訊。在這經整合過的數位環境中，前者輸入之資料可供後續其他人員使用，有助於提高專案品 The main function of the Building Information Modeling (BIM) is to create and use internal common access to project-related information in the life cycle of a building.
