Abstract:	因應高鐵通車後之衝擊，台鐵須轉型為中短程運輸，在積極推動鐵路改建建設下，目前已將「台中計畫」納入為「新十大建設」之「臺鐵捷運化」項下辦理，豐原車站臨時軌道切換為臺中計畫施工重點之一，由於受限豐原車站腹地及為維持永久軌良好配置與施工安全，需調整既有豐原車站軌道配置，改建車站設施及舖設臨時軌道以維持既有臺鐵局之營運，進行後續高架施工。本文以台中地區豐原段臨時軌工程進行工程實務探討，在得標廠商未曾接觸過鐵路工程，對鐵路施工之經驗不足下，主辦單位自辦監造如何協助與監造施工，在安全、專業、績效與溝通如何達到平衡， In order to cope with the impact of Taiwan High Speed Rail (THSR) operations since it made its debut to the public, Taiwan Railways Administration (TRA) has had to convert its operations into a short or medium range transportation service.
