    Abstract: 綠建築與民宿皆涵蓋永續發展之觀念，因此，具有環保意識與永續發展之綠建築民宿也因應而生，綠建築民宿是強調低環境之衝擊、以自然共生與舒適度，善用自然界的資源、以生態永續為發展目標，提供遊客舒適且低汙染的住宿環境。本研究藉由討論綠建築之發展過程、評估指標及民宿之意涵，以探討目前綠建築民宿之發展現況。
