Abstract:	近年來隨著資通訊科技的快速發展與普及，人們於日常生活作息已經與資通訊科技緊密的充分結合，而智慧建築即是因應未來需求及發展趨勢，其所涵蓋的範圍領域也較於傳統建築物更為廣泛，包括建築、電子、機械、自動化控制、通訊及管理等跨領域整合。建築物規劃設計依其規模、型態及用途而有所差異，因此智慧建築已是現今建築設計中不可或缺的設施，然而我國建築物整體新舊比例約為 3:97 ，依據前述既有建築物即是推廣重要對象，為了有效推廣智慧建築理念，本研究將以既有建築物改善及節能管理為探討，包含智慧型照明/空氣環境品質及節 Accompany with the rapid development and spread of Information and Communication Technology, the daily life has been working closely with the ICT.
